1. To Smell Good- Bathing, especially when combined with aromatherapy, is an incredible way to soothe and invigorate one's tired body. Imagine lathering up the tub with a wonderful aromatherapy product.

10. To get rid of body aches- If a part of your body or a group of muscles ache, it is probably from stress and overuse.
